Websites for Sacramento Businessesby Mason Musallam (916) 696-0800

Your customers are looking you up. Give them something to find.

I build simple, fast websites for Sacramento-area businesses — the kind that load instantly on a phone and put a working contact form in front of someone who's ready to hire you. Fixed price, agreed before I start.

Takes about 8 minutes. No cost, no obligation — you'll get a real quote back, not a sales call.

  • Fixed price, quoted up front
  • Live in about two weeks
  • You own your domain and your site

Most people check a business online before they call it. If there's nothing there, they call the next one.

You might have great reviews and twenty years of word of mouth. But when someone hears your name and searches it, a Facebook page from 2019 or a site that doesn't work on a phone costs you the job — and you never find out it happened.

That's the whole problem I fix. Nothing fancy. A site that tells people what you do, where you work, and gives them two ways to reach you.

What you get

Every site includes all of this. There's no stripped-down version.

Works on a phone

Most people will find you on a phone. Your site is built for that first, then looks right on a laptop too.

A contact form that works

Someone fills it out at 10pm, the message is in your inbox. Tested before launch, every time.

Tap to call

Your phone number is a button. One tap and they're calling you — no copying, no typing.

Set up for Google

Proper page titles, your business details where Google looks for them, and connected to your Google listing.

Loads fast

No bloated page builders. Your site is lightweight, which means it opens quickly on a bad cell signal in a driveway.

Written in your words

I write the copy from your answers, in plain language, and you approve every word before it goes live.

What it costs

Fixed price, agreed before I start. No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice. Half up front, half when it's finished and you've seen it.

1–2 pages
$400–600

Everything on one to two pages. Good for a straightforward trade or service business.

  • Services, about, contact
  • Contact form
  • Tap to call
3–5 pages
Most common
$800–1,500

Three to five pages. Room to give each service its own page, which helps you show up on Google.

  • Home, about, services, contact
  • Photo gallery of your work
  • Reviews section
  • Service area page
6–8 pages
$1,500–2,500

Six to eight pages, or extras like booking links and bigger galleries.

  • A page per service
  • Online booking link
  • Before & after galleries
8+ pages
$2,500+

Eight or more pages. Built for businesses that need real depth — every service, every location, a full media library.

  • A page per service
  • Multiple locations or service areas
  • Extended photo & video galleries

Complex additions — booking systems, e-commerce, member portals, and similar — are quoted separately once I know what you need.

Optional: $25–100 a month, depending on the size of your website, to keep it hosted, backed up, and current — including small edits when your hours, prices, or services change. Prefer to pay per edit instead? One-time additions run $5–50 depending on the change. Completely optional, cancel any time, and you keep your site either way.

AI tools, too

I'm also building one-time-purchase AI tools for small businesses. Add one onto a website build and get a discount on the combined price — quoted separately once I know what you need. Want an AI tool on its own? Email me and I'll send pricing.

How it works

Three steps. You do the first one and mostly wait through the rest.

Tell me about your business

Fill out the questionnaire — about eight minutes. What you do, who you serve, what you want the site to do for you.

Get a fixed quote

I come back within a business day with a firm price and exactly what's included. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that too.

See it before it's live

I build it and send you a private link. You tell me what to change. When you're happy, it goes live on your domain.

Straight answers

I don't know anything about websites. Is that a problem?

No — that's most of my clients. You don't need to know what a domain or a host is. I'll walk you through the two or three things that need your name on them, on the phone, in about ten minutes.

Who owns it when it's done?

You do. The domain is registered in your name on your card from day one, and the site files are yours on final payment. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I'll help you do that at no charge.

I don't have a logo or good photos.

That's fine and it's common. We can launch with what you have and swap in better photos later, or I'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone — it doesn't take a photographer.

Can you promise I'll show up first on Google?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I can do is set your site up properly so Google can read it, connect it to your Google listing, and give you something worth landing on when people do find you.

How long does it actually take?

About two weeks from the day I have your photos and information. The honest answer is that the delay is almost never the building — it's waiting on content. The faster you get me your stuff, the faster you're live.

Ready when you are

Start with the questionnaire and I'll come back with a real number. Or just call — I'd rather hear about the business than read about it.
